I recently received a comment about the bottle caps that
come with our shirts. It was a constructive criticism I greatly appreciated,
and it did raise a valid point.”They are cute, but what do we do with them?” Let me start by explaining the original
intent. Our whole product line is built around the nostalgic days with hotrods,
soda pop, and when children collected bottle caps. I always thought that was
kind of cool. We wanted to pay homage to that time by encouraging our customers
to collect our bottle caps. Every shirt has a specific bottle cap that goes
with it. The more shirts you buy, the more bottle caps you collect. Don’t worry;
we sell the bottle caps individually as well. However; the question still
remains. “What do we do with them?” We have taken that into consideration and
this is what we are planning. Future bottle caps will come with a punched hole
and magnet. This gives our customers a chance to either use the bottle caps as
a magnet or to turn them into a key chain, necklace, or just toss them in a jar
as an accent piece. It will be entirely up to you, but hopefully we are
providing you greater options.
